## About the Photography Studio Booking AI Agent template

A portfolio visit that ends without a booking is a missed session, and most of the time the visitor had a question that nobody answered before they left. The Photography Studio Booking AI Agent template engages each client before they go, guides them through choosing a session type, and collects availability and special requirements before confirming the booking through Calendly. The photographer gets a complete client brief before the shoot and no inquiry ends without a resolution. Studios and independent photographers use it to convert more site visits into confirmed, well-documented work.

### Frequently asked questions

**Who is the Photography Studio Booking AI Agent for?**

Photography studios, independent photographers, and creative professionals who take bookings through their website. It suits portrait and event photographers who want to convert inquiries into confirmed sessions without back-and-forth, and studios that rent space and need structured intake for each booking.

**What session details does it collect before booking?**

You define the intake for each session type. Typically the agent collects session type, preferred date and time, number of subjects, any special requirements or themes, and contact details. All of it lands in your Google Sheet before the Calendly booking is confirmed.

**How does it handle clients who are not ready to book yet?**

When a visitor is still in the inquiry stage, the agent captures their contact details and session interest so you have a warm lead to follow up with, rather than losing them when they leave the site. Nothing is discarded just because a slot was not booked immediately.

**Can I customize this template for different session types?**

Yes. The session types clients can choose, the intake questions for each, and the confirmation messages are all editable. Set up separate paths for portraits, events, and studio rentals, each collecting the specific details that type of booking requires.
