## About the Tattoo Studio Booking AI Agent template

Tattoo artists lose bookings every week to visitors who leave the website without a confirmed slot. The Tattoo Studio Booking AI Agent changes that by engaging each visitor in a natural chat, collecting style preference, placement, and scheduling availability before locking in a confirmed appointment through your calendar. Artists get complete session notes before a client arrives, and studios stop losing potential clients to unanswered questions. Whether you are a solo artist or a multi-chair studio, it turns casual interest into documented, confirmed work.

### Common Use Cases for this Template

### Frequently asked questions

**Who is the Tattoo Studio Booking AI Agent for?**

Tattoo studios and independent artists who want to capture bookings from their website without manual back-and-forth. It suits solo artists managing their own schedule and multi-artist studios that want every client record documented before the session begins.

**What client details does it collect before the session?**

You define the intake fields. Typically the agent collects preferred style, body placement, approximate size, reference images described in text, and scheduling availability. All of that reaches your Google Sheet before the client arrives, so your artist is never starting blind.

**How does this template handle calendar sync?**

Confirmed bookings are added to your Calendly account so the slot is reserved immediately. The client receives a confirmation with the date and any prep instructions, and the session details are saved to a Google Sheet your team can reference.

**Can I customize this template for different session types?**

Yes. The questions, the session types clients can choose, and the intake details you collect are all editable. Set up separate paths for new pieces, touch-ups, and consultations, each gathering the specific information that session type requires.

**How do I get this template live?**

This is a ready-to-use template. Sign in to theDouble.ai, click Use this template, and it installs onto your Double in a single click. It appears in your workflows ready to start booking clients, and you can open it there to add your session types and connect your Calendly account.
