These Terms govern participation in the Partner Program offered by Cardtree Technologies Private Limited, operating The Double (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By participating, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

The Partner Program includes:

• Referral Program → rewards for bringing new users

• Affiliate Program → commissions for paid conversions

You may participate in either or both.

2. Key Definitions

• Referrer / Partner: User sharing a referral link

• Referred User: User who signs up using a referral link

• Qualified Referral: User who signs up and completes valid LinkedIn verification

• Successful Payment: A completed, non-refunded, non-disputed transaction

• Net Revenue: Amount received by the Company excluding taxes, discounts, refunds, credits, and payment processing fees

3. Referral Program

3.1 Tracking

Each user is assigned a unique referral link and ID. Attribution is determined by our internal systems.

3.2 Qualified Referrals

A referral is valid only if the referred user:

• Signs up using your referral link

• Completes LinkedIn verification

• Uses a unique LinkedIn account

3.3 Rewards

Upon a qualified referral, both users receive:

• 50 text replies

• 10 voice minutes

These credits:

• Have no monetary value

• Are non-transferable and non-refundable

3.4 Attribution Window

Referrals are tracked for up to 90 days from the first click. Attribution may not apply if tracking fails or is overridden.

3.5 Integrity

We may reject or reverse referrals in cases including:

• Fake, duplicate, or self-referrals

• Multiple accounts controlled by the same individual

• Reuse of the same LinkedIn account

• Incentivized or misleading signups

4. Affiliate Program

4.1 Commission Eligibility

You earn commission when a referred user makes a Successful Payment.

4.2 Commission Structure

• 30% commission on Net Revenue

Monthly plans:

• Commission applies to each Successful Payment

• Valid for up to 12 months from the first payment

Annual plans:

• Commission is earned one-time on the annual payment

Commissions apply only to Successful Payments, not to free plans, trials, or failed transactions.

4.3 Commission Duration

• The commission period is limited to 12 months per referred user, starting from the first Successful Payment

• The 12-month period does not reset or extend, including in cases of cancellation and re-subscription

Commissions apply only while:

• The referred user remains an active paying customer

• The affiliate account is active and in good standing

Commissions will stop if:

• The user cancels, becomes inactive, or stops making payments

• A payment is refunded, disputed, or reversed

• The affiliate account is suspended or terminated

• The 12-month period expires

5. Commission Approval

5.1 Pending

Commissions are recorded immediately after payment and marked as Pending.

5.2 7-Day Validation

A 7-day holding period applies from the payment date:

• If refunded → commission is cancelled

• If not refunded → commission becomes Approved

5.3 Approved

Only Approved commissions are eligible for payout and are visible in your dashboard.

6. Payouts

• Only Approved commissions are payable

• Payouts are processed periodically (typically monthly), at our discretion

• Minimum payout threshold: [Insert Amount]

• Balances below the threshold are carried forward

You must provide valid payout details.

We may:

• Delay payouts for verification or compliance

• Withhold payouts in case of suspected fraud or policy violations

7. Taxes (GST and TDS)

7.1 Responsibility

You are responsible for applicable taxes, including income tax and GST.

7.2 GST

If registered:

• You may be required to provide GSTIN

• You may be required to issue a valid invoice

Commissions are treated as exclusive of GST.

7.3 TDS

We may deduct TDS as required by law. Certificates will be issued per statutory timelines.

7.4 Compliance

Failure to provide required tax details (e.g., PAN, GSTIN) may result in:

• Delayed payouts

• Higher TDS deductions

8. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Adjustments

• Refunded transactions do not qualify for commission

• Chargebacks or disputes may result in deduction from future earnings or repayment requests

We may correct errors in commission calculations and adjust payouts accordingly.

9. Attribution Rules

• Attribution is determined by our internal systems and may follow last-click or system-defined logic

• Affiliate attribution follows a 90-day window unless otherwise specified

• If multiple referral sources exist, attribution is determined by us

• Tracking may fail due to technical limitations, including browser restrictions

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Engage in fake, duplicate, or self-referrals

• Use bots, spam, or deceptive practices

• Make misleading or guaranteed income claims

• Misrepresent The Double or act as an official representative

We may invalidate conversions where user identity, intent, or authenticity cannot be reasonably verified.

11. Account Standing

Your account must remain active and in good standing.

If suspended or terminated:

• Pending commissions may be forfeited

• Approved commissions may be withheld subject to review

12. Program Changes

We may modify commission rates, payout terms, attribution logic, or discontinue the program.

Changes may apply to future or ongoing participation. Continued participation implies acceptance.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

• Total liability is limited to unpaid Approved commissions

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
