Is Free really the full product?

Yes. Every channel and every skill works on Free. You get 3,000 welcome credits once, plus 500 credits every month so your Double keeps answering visitors, and you can buy more whenever you need them. Paid plans give you more credits per dollar, more Doubles and more room for knowledge, calls and teammates.

What are welcome credits?

A one-time gift for new Free accounts, for a limited time. They sit alongside any add-on credits you buy.

Which credits get used first?

Your monthly plan credits first (oldest first), then welcome credits, then add-on credits. On paid plans unused monthly credits roll over for 2 months. Add-on credits never expire while your account is active.

Why subscribe if Pay as you go has everything?

Subscriptions give you up to 2× more credits per dollar, cheaper add-on credits, 2-month rollover of unused credits and more capacity: more Doubles, more knowledge and more conversations at once, plus custom domains and lower fees on your earnings.

What if I run out of credits?

Buy add-on credits anytime, or upgrade. Double warns you before your balance runs low. If you top up often, a bigger plan usually costs less.

How does team pricing work?

Business is one flat monthly price with unlimited seats and one shared credit pool. Add your whole team at no extra cost. Admins can set credit limits per member. Team billing is launching soon.

Why do LinkedIn and social imports use more credits?

Social data comes from paid data providers, so it costs more than reading a web page. You see the estimate before any large import starts.

Do idle Doubles or voice clones use credits?

No. They count toward your plan’s capacity. Credits are only used when your Double does work.
