What is Knowledge Base in The Double?
Knowledge Base is where you add the information your Double should know. It can include websites, PDFs, decks, docs, social content, videos, custom text, FAQs, and reusable knowledge libraries.
What sources can I train my Double on?
You can train your Double using websites, PDFs, documents, decks, custom text, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Substack, and other supported sources. More connected sources like Notion, Drive, X, and work apps can be added as they become available.
How is Knowledge different from Persona?
Knowledge is what your Double knows. Persona is how your Double behaves. For example, product pricing belongs in Knowledge. A rule like “ask one qualifying question before suggesting a plan” belongs in Persona.
Can different Doubles have different knowledge?
