The Double is built to help people create trusted AI-powered profiles, Doubles, and digital identities.

If you believe a profile, Double, voice, page, link, or content on The Double is fake, misleading, impersonating someone, infringing your rights, exposing private information, or being used for fraud or abuse, you can report it to us.

We will review credible reports and take appropriate action when there is enough evidence.

1. What You Can Report

You can report any profile, Double, AI Twin, voice, page, link, or content that involves:

• impersonation;

• fake identity;

• unauthorized use of someone’s name, photo, voice, likeness, or brand;

• unauthorized voice cloning;

• copyright or trademark misuse;

• private or confidential information;

• fraud, scam, spam, or phishing;

• fake professional claims;

• fake endorsements;

• harassment or abuse;

• sexual, harmful, or illegal content;

• child safety concerns.

2. How to Report

3. What to Include

To help us review faster, please include:

• your full name;

• your email address;

• the URL of the profile, Double, page, or content you are reporting;

• a short explanation of what happened;

• screenshots or screen recordings, if available;

• proof that you are the affected person, owner, brand, or authorized representative;

• for copyright claims, proof of the original work;

• for voice misuse, details of whose voice is being used;

• for impersonation, details of who is being impersonated.

Please share only the information needed for us to understand and review the report.

4. What Happens After You Report

After receiving your report, we may:

• review the reported profile, Double, voice, page, or content;

• ask you for more information;

• temporarily hide or restrict the reported content during review;

• contact the account owner where appropriate;

• remove or disable the reported content;

• suspend or terminate the account;

• restrict voice, AI, workflow, or sharing features;

• preserve evidence where required;

• report serious issues to authorities where required or appropriate.

We aim to act responsibly and as quickly as reasonably possible.

5. Important Note on User Misuse

The Double is a user-generated AI platform.

Users are responsible for the profiles, Doubles, content, voice samples, claims, links, workflows, and outputs they create, upload, publish, or share.

Cardtree Technologies Private Limited is not responsible for fraud, scams, impersonation, copyright infringement, privacy violations, or other misuse committed by users or third parties.

However, when a credible report is submitted with enough evidence, we will review it and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling the reported page, Double, account, voice, or content where necessary.

6. Urgent Reports

If your report involves immediate harm, child safety, threats, financial fraud, phishing, identity theft, sexual exploitation, or illegal activity, please use this subject line:

Include all relevant URLs, screenshots, and details so we can review the matter quickly.

7. Appeals

If your profile, Double, voice, page, or content was removed or restricted and you believe this was a mistake, you can request a review.

• your account email;

• the affected profile, Double, page, or content;

• why you believe the action was incorrect;

• proof that you are authorized to use the content, identity, voice, or brand.

We may restore content if we determine that the action was taken in error. We may refuse to restore content if it creates legal, safety, privacy, fraud, or platform trust risk.

8. False or Abusive Reports

Please do not submit false, misleading, or bad-faith reports.

If someone abuses the reporting process, impersonates a rights holder, or tries to remove lawful content through false claims, we may restrict their access to The Double.
